Mr car broke down on a Friday around noon. Called Greentree, told them tow truck was coming to get me and that I was having it brought their way, if they could squeeze me in the schedule. They did, and I was back on the road by evening. Can't say this would be the case every time, but sure worked out great for me this particular incident.

I went here on the advice of a friend to get a second opinion on my a/c problems. Excellent customer service. Jeff, the owner, gave me an honest evaluation of the problems and determined the a/c system did not need replacing as suggested by my usual repair shop. Instead, a simple replacement of clogged air filters and a re-charge of the compressor solved the problem. Greentree saved me over $1200. Instead of a $1466 repair bill, it was only $208. I'll be taking my repair business to them for now on. Also, they have the cleanest and most comfortable customer waiting area I've ever seen.

I was out of town and did not pick up the car after it was repaired, but my wife said everything was taken care of.
