My Honda Accord overheated and the entire cooling system had to be replaced. It was my first visit, and Greentree did a thorough inspection of the car, advised me well on other parts needing repair, and fixed everything in one afternoon. A very positive first experience and I'll be coming back.

The crew at Greentree did an excellent job of diagnosing a faulty alternator in my Suburban. As always, at the time of repair, they do a thorough evaluation of all systems in my vehicle. They found several other items that required attention, but prevented me from being stranded at a later date. Pricing is always fair and service was prompt.

After a routine oil change, Jeff mentioned a potential hazard with the old "hand controls" on my wife's PT Cruiser. He was right: when I pushed the brake all the way to the floor, it began to engage the accelerator. United Access agreed to remove them as a courtesy, but I thank Jeff for his keen attention to detail and probably preventing an inevitable accident and/or bodily injury. Doug & Sally Jones, Glendale
